
Running the New York City Marathon on Sunday, 11/6? Congratulations! You’re about to experience one of the world’s premiere marathons, and see New York City in a way that very few people ever have or will. And, of course, all of those months of training, long runs, sacrificed Friday nights, and much more are about to pay off.
At Seven, we salute you, and we’re offering a special Marathon Menu to help you perform your best on race day. At this point, you’ve put in your training – what’s left to do to run your best possible race? You can plan your diet to maximize your performance. Nutrition and exercise experts, and marathon trainers, recommend a diet high in low-glycemic carbs and fruits and veggies for the three days leading up to your race.
Of course, this is easier said than done, especially if you’re in from out of town, and you should also enjoy these meals and the special days in NYC leading up to the race. So, our chef has compiled special menus that are runner-friendly and as delicious as you would expect from a meal at Seven. Treat yourself, or your favorite runner, to our Marathon Menu, served Thursday evening, 11/3, and all day Friday 11/4 and Saturday 11/5, and enjoy an excellent meal while feeding your body what it needs. And – the meals are affordable prix fix – dinner for $26.20, and lunch for $13.10.
